MV Community Services partners with Bruno’s Roloff to host two Electronics Disposal Days throughout the year (fall and spring). The event gives community members the opportunity for off-Island disposal at a low-cost. Community members pay between $2 and $40 per item to dispose of air conditioners, cell phones, computers, fax machines, laptops, etc.
Possible Dreams is our largest annual fundraiser. The event gives people the opportunity to purchase unique on and off-Island experiences while giving back to MVCS. Since its inception, Possible Dreams has raised over $8 million for Community Services. This year’s event was hosted virtually by comedian, talk-show host and seasonal Island resident, Seth Meyers.
Are you looking for a chance to find rare, local, antique or modern relics for unbeatable prices? This year’s Art Sale is taking place online at www.chickenalley.org from August 12-September 7. The art show began in 2002 and is the brainchild of the late Olga Hirshhorn, philanthropist and avid collector of art. You’ll find far more than just paintings at this sale— there are artifacts from near and far, local creations, rare memorabilia, dolls and so much more.
MV Community Services has a team of twelve walkers/runners participating in this year’s Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition. Click here to support the team!
The Vineyard Charity Golf Classic is a collaboration between MVCS and The Island’s Rotary Club. The tournament supports both MVCS programs as well as other Island charities and organizations through the Rotary Club.
