Our multidisciplinary team consists of licensed social workers, mental health counselors, psychologists, therapeutic support specialists /mentors, clinical nurse specialists, registered nurse, psychiatrists and a medical director. We offer comprehensive services to those in need and most vulnerable.  Our team of dedicated professionals helps individuals navigate the wide span of mental health challenges and services. Our goal is to assist individuals in achieving their optimum emotional, mental and physical health.

No one needs to go through it alone. Families, children, adolescents, adults and seniors can count on Island Counseling Center’s professional staff for help with day-to-day challenges to severe mental/behavioral health concerns.

Island Counseling Center has an after-hours on-call service for existing clients. If you are an existing client of Island Counseling Center and need after-hours support, please call 508-693-7900, option 2 to access our on-call resources.

Open Access

The Island Counseling Center operates an Open Access system that can accommodate same day and timely services. Call to set up an appointment that fits your schedule or need, or simply walk in and we will connect you to a counselor for immediate assessment during our regular operating hours.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, Martha’s Vineyard Hospital provides emergency mental health services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 356 days a year at 508-693-0410.
