Who does this tournament benefit?
The Vineyard Charity Golf Classic is a collaboration between MVCS and The Island’s Rotary Club. The tournament supports both MVCS programs as well as other Island charities and organizations through the Rotary Club.
MVCS connects our Island community to the support they need, when they need it. Our network of educational, social, mental health and wellness services nurture a strong, healthy lifestyle through every stage of life.
The Rotary Club is comprised of over sixty community members who volunteer and are committed to raising money for the community through various events. Over the years, the Rotary Club has given over $200,000 to local charities. Recipients of major disbursements include MV Hospital, Island Health Care, MV Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Sail MV, The Yard, Island Food Pantry, Councils on Aging and more.
