As part of MVCS’ sixtieth anniversary, capital campus expansion, and strategic vision for the future, it seeks top talent and inspired professionals for the following key positions.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Quality Operations executes the organization’s Quality Management Plan and provides leadership oversight for risk management, corporate compliance, and licensing and accrediting functions of the agency’s quality management program. The VP works closely with other senior leaders to achieve organizational strategic objectives. The VP supervises 2-4 mid-level HR, IT, and QM positions. Essential functions of the position can be fulfilled through a combined on-island and remote work structure for the right candidate. Master’s degree in related field and at least five years’ behavioral healthcare management/project management experience required.

Reporting to the Vice President of Contracts and Business Development, the Finance Manager supports MVCS’ accounting and other financial functions. The position takes a lead role in accounts payable, contract obligations, and other compliance functions, and can be fulfilled through a combined on-island and remote work structure for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Vice President of Quality Operations, the Human Resources Coordinator manages day-to-day activity related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and other employee relations. The HR Coordinator serves as the primary liaison with MVCS’ insurance broker and HR firm. This position can be fulfilled through a combined on-island and remote work structure for the right candidate.

MVCS’ Island Counseling Center seeks to expand our clinical team to meet the growing demand for child, adolescent, and adult behavioral health services on Martha’s Vineyard. Join our exciting team of clinical professionals and a clinic with a focus on teambuilding and professional clinical development. Telehealth options are available to help meet the demands of this position.

MVCS’ Island Counseling Center seeks to add LICSW, LMHC, and/or LMFT to our clinical team in order to meet the growing demand for child, adolescent, and adult behavioral health services on Martha’s Vineyard. Clinical specialty in child and adolescent services, treating PTSD and other anxiety disorders, or treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is of interest to developing our clinical team. Supervisory staff perform both service and supervisory functions. Telehealth options are available to meet the demands for clinical and supervisory requirements
